"Property Officer"

This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Officer to join the leading franchise agency rapidly expanding. This is a position supporting a strong Property Management Team with a loyal clientele base.
 
Main Role:
 
  • Assisting in the management of rental properties
  • Completing in going and out going reports
  • Liaising with tenants & landlords
  • Complete lease renewals
  • Routine inspections
  • Organise open house inspections
 
Skills and Experience:

Along with a wealth of local knowledge, high motivation and a strong reputation, the successful applicant will have:
  • Previous Leasing or Property Management Experience
  • A proven track record of performance
  • Own car and drivers licence 
  • Immaculate presentation & strong communication skills
  • Current Certificate of Registration
